Our infrastructure is built on uncompromising security standards, and we are currently in the formal process of achieving our ISO 27001 certification to document our ongoing commitment to information security.
Encryption
All data on the platform is encrypted at rest and in transit to prevent unauthorized access.
Storage of data
Your data is stored in the EU, and we only work with vendors that meet stringent information security requirements and are certified and audited under ISO 27001 and/or SOC 2.
Backup
All data and backups are hosted with AWS in Frankfurt. Backups are distributed across separate zones to ensure high availability and data resilience.
Exit
All data can be easily exported in the original format in which it was provided.
Account Security
Enfx supports simple and secure two-factor authentication (MFA).
